Request Access to Internal Compliance Records

DataChimp Labs’ internal compliance repository is private. The public policies and controls on this Trust Center are the canonical, publicly-reviewable surface; underlying evidence, audit workpapers, and historical change records remain non-public and are released only under NDA.

Who can request access

• Prospective and current customers under NDA.
• Auditors engaged by a current customer, provided the audit scope is named in writing.
• Regulators acting under statutory authority.

How to request

Email security@datachimplabs.com (security operations) or privacy@datachimplabs.com (privacy / DPO) with:

1. The requesting organization name and your role.
2. The scope of records requested (control family, time range, specific policy).
3. The signed NDA or authority on which the request is based (or a request for the NDA template if none is in place).

Routine inquiries about published policies on this site do not require an access request — those documents are already public and version-controlled here. Direct policy questions to the contacts listed on each policy page or to the addresses in the Trust Center index.
